Desset is arguably one of the most important meals of the day! And, Korean dessert is incredibly delicious! We are huge fans of one dessert in particular, Patbingsu (shaved ice)! We love how it can taste just as creamy as ice cream, while feeling less fatty, and can we please talk about the toppings? From the healthier injeolomi (rice cake) and black sesame to the not as healthy cheesecake and oreos, it’s hard to choose just one! But most are topped with sweet red beans and condensed milk, which adds a unique and addicting flavor!
