Ddong Ggo Pocha is a hidden eating and drinking spot in Koreatown, modeled after its more traditional counterparts in Korea. Pocha is short for Pojangmacha which literally translates to “street food” or “street stall”, where work weary pedestrians can stop for a quick bite and drink after a long day. Ddong Ggo’s menu is definitely inspired by these places, offering typical street style foodstuffs to go along with your drinks, like quick and shareable chicken dishes, various skewers and a plethora of fried goodness!

When you come and eat here, you’ll feel like you’re getting an authentic Korean street dining experience! Its fun and laid back atmosphere are what make it a popular spot! When we were there on a Thursday night, the place was packed full of people enjoying their food and conversation as they shared their beers and stories from the day!
