It’s that time of year again folks! Kollaboration is back with a vengeance, taking over Hollywood’s most popular venue, the Troubadour, for one night only. On June 26th, Kollaboration connoisseurs will be able to see some of the first contenders for the Kollaboration crown! Who will be competing at the L.A. show?
The finalists include: The Primaries (R&B soul), #FOURTY4B (Acapella group), Julianne Manalo (Singer/Songwriter), Phanith Sovann (Singer/Songwriter/Humanitarian) and Julynn Kim (Singer/Songwriter)
Not exciting enough yet? How about we take a gander at the guest judges.
We have Oliver Wang, who is an Asian-American music and culture columnist and contributor to bigwigs NPR and KCET as well as Christopher Tin, who is a two-time Grammy winning composer and Gingger Shankar, a talented musician and composer who’s most famous scores consist of The Passion of the Christ and Charlie Wilson’s War.
After the show is over, there is going to be an official after-party with DJ Kero One spinning some of your favorite hip-hop beats. Tickets have already gone on sale on Kollaboration’s website! Be sure to grab a pair while you still have time!
